Digital Product Sales: Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or download access has been provided, all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Failed Downloads or Access Issues: If you experience a technical issue, receive a corrupted or incorrect file, or cannot access a product you purchased, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing the correct file, restoring access, or offering another appropriate remedy.

Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate and correct the issue.
